Campin' Out

Journey roasted her marshmallow all by herself! The cloth is an attempt to keep the smoke from getting in her eyes.

Tenting (for the last time maybe). Shortly after this we bought a second hand tent trailer that we hope to use from now on. We are so glad our kids love the outdoors as much (if not more) than we do! Posted by Picasa

First Fishing Trip at Pine Lake

This is the lake where Garron would camp with his family as a child. We spent a night here shortly after Garron got back from his bike. Our neighbor at the next campsight had a boat and offered to take Garron and Journey out for a little 'dipping of the rods'. She had fun but came back early cause she missed her momma. (and I think she was a bit afraid of the waves)

Flower Girl

On June 17th, Journey was one of four beautiful flower girls at her uncle Pete's wedding. She LOVED the experience and took her 'job' very seriously. As she stepped onto the aisle she announced to everyone that she 'dropping the petals'. Posted by Picasa

Pics taken especially for Amy

Everyone who knows me (Amy) knows I'm mad about sunflowers. So Garron took this pic in honour of me.
And this is Green Gables. Back in high school I (Amy, again) had the privilege of playing Anne in a community theatrical production. It has remained a high-light in my life and so Garron took a tour of the house that inspired the story for me. Posted by Picasa
