Frustration
I planned to have a Christmas craft day today to get me in the mood for the coming season ... I got egg nog, christmas cd's and organized a few holiday craft projects hoping some local ladies would join me in the fun .... but instead I sat alone all day. Actually, I wasn't really alone. Journey and Sol were with me. They didn't appreciate being stuck inside all day with nothing to do either - - as their frustration built so did mine. We were at each other constantly ... not one of my better 'mothering' days. I didn't get my advertising out in time so hardly anyone even knew about my special day. My own fault.

I'm sorry that no one showed up, especially with all your planning. I would have been there if we were closer :) The kids would have had a blast playing together!! It's a great idea... the kids and I are heading out to Michael's this week to look for some projects for them to do for Christmas gifts for our NB fam.
Definitely try your idea again :)
Love ya!

PS: No baby Jordan yet... I started drinking raspberry leaf tea today. Although it's no supposed to actually start anything, I'm hoping it will help my labour be short & sweet! We'll keep you updated.
I thought about you on Friday - I had put your dates on my calendar so I would remember - being retired I am seldom sure of which day of the week it is!!!!
Hope you will try again......
