Quiet Times
Garron and I have gotten caught up in the Sudoku craze and Journey is mad about books. So this is a common scene at our house - two or more of us huddled together just 'doin' our thing' .

Thanks for sharing such a sweet picture! Abby & I have taken to cuddling on the couch and reading together. During her "rest time" (what used to be her nap), she "reads" books. Like Journey, she'll get frustrated that she can't really read it. She'll want us to read it over and over until she "has it" in her head enough to be able to "read" it to herself. We've also been working on the alphabet (lower case are still tricky though).
As I'm writing, she and Jon are cuddled up making up stories together. Isn't it amazing to see them learn & develop!
